★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Tax deducted during property sale in Apr, 2019 but yet to receive back despite filing tax prompty. Online system is screwed up, doesn't recognize bank details. Refuse to issue check pmt. If you want to go digital atleast make sure your systems are designed to work properly. How is it supposed to work for uneducated people who dont have access or knowledge about emails, OTPs etc ? All excuses to fleece money from honest people while corruption runs rampant and dishonesty rules.
