★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be by far the most dreaded place of any loyal and tax paying citizen of India. This is the exact place from where tax authorities will come to your place if you do not pay your taxes on time and if you are a big businessman who has been evading crores of tax rupees. Talking about the service over here it is like any other government office and has the slowest service that is possible on this planet. You will get a service which will make you jump from one table to another just like any other government office that you must have seen on television in movies. It is very accessible from Churchgate station as it is a two minute walk from the station and has a beautiful view of the wankhede stadium which is just opposite. If you pay your taxes from time you won't even have to see the face of this office and that is what I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most important Central Government offices in Mumbai responsible for maximum direct tax collection. It is situated very near to Churchgate Railway station. The SNDT university college, Nishtha Bhawan, Pratihtha Bhavan, CGST office etc are very nearby. The Sunderbhai hall located adjoining to Aayakar Bhawan. The building is almost hundred years old and maintained by CPWD.
