Compared to other hubs where I have worked, Incubinet is far better in terms of being value for money, cleanliness, proactive and friendly management, flexibility like open work stations or cabins etc. I would recommend startups and freelancers in and around JP Nagar to definitely give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking money and kicking people out. Wen you go to visit office Vrushali will speak nicely and when deposit given she points out extra usage this that.. and she will tell you to take more cabins. While giving back deposits they won’t refund your full amount
They discriminate and judge by how people look . Cheaters on Corporate levels. They tend to close your business before it even starts.
Please go for other Co working space around JP Nagar.

The new facility takes me back to my corporate days, with a nice layout of workstations, cabins and an excellent design of the office. Feels great to be in the middle of some brilliant minds who run startups and thanks to Vrushali and Sowmya for creating such a nice work atmosphere and providing excellent facilities.

I highly recommend Incubinet Coworking Hub if you are looking to bring client's to your office frequently. Meeting rooms, Cafeteria, Welcome-lounge etc make this place very unique.
The atmosphere is really laid back, not corporate at all. I must say that I am productive the most when I am here. In a few months I've gotten several referrals and new work through networking with other entrepreneurs in the space. Great energy and very cool occupants.
