★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather not give these people a single star. My fiance had her birthday last week and so I ordered few chocolates which they promised to deliver the same day.
Later I got an email from Lokhnath Goshal(order Process Department) saying that they can't deliver the order the same day. I understood and asked them to cancel my order and since them I haven't heard from them, I have already emailed them 3 times and no reply yet, gave them a call which never got connected.
Money deducted and never came back of course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not worth any star. Worst service ever. After taking an order for a cake and flowers, they deliver after 30 hours from the given date/time of delivery. The cake received was in a non- edible condition. Please do not buy anything from here. It's a fake website. Here's the image of the cake sent by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not do business with them. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I live in the US and placed an order of flowers and fruits from this site, they charged me $47. Within 15 mins of ordering as I was browsing I came across reviews for this company - they were all terrible, so I decided to get in touch with them on whatsapp to cancel my order, this all happened within 30 mins of placing the order. I got a response saying that the order was canceled. 2 days later my family receives the flowers and fruits, and I see my cc is charged for the money. I reach out to them, they still insist that the order has been cancelled. The local vendor who delivered the flowers and fruits then call my family to say that they havent been paid and asks my family ( ie the recipients) for money!! They tell them that your company has charged a lot more and that they would only charge Rs 1500, less than half of what I paid. And I didnt even get a chance to talk about the products, they were decent quality from the local vendor but the images on the website is deceptive, the fruit basket is not at all similar to what was delivered and is definitely not worth the price they charged for it.
