★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good post office. The service is fast and efficient. Especially the lady who handles speed post is super efficient. The other staff including the postmen are very helpful. Hardly any queue most of the time. Parking is a breeze. Considering other post offices' around the country this establishment deserves a 5?.

Staff and particularly Mr Maurya was cultured, polite and helpful. They not only gave me patient hearing but also guided me with procedures for issues related to my PPF account.

It's on the first floor of the complex building and parking is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Slow working and no business etiquette .very rude while responding to basic Queries from customer . If customer asks another question or to confirm it again they are either rude or ignore the question pretending as if they haven't heard anything . Very slow working and most of the time their excuse is that system is not working .go only if you can't avoid or manage to get things done through some other medium .once you have decided to go be prepared to spend some good time and not get your temper lost on how things are working . That's bitter truth of government run offices .they survive on tax payers money yet least bothered to cater to them professionally . Had been there couple of times and each experince has been worse than previous one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for biometric update of Aadhar card. Took 4 hours just to do 15 min work, people stand in queue but staff and relatives are only attended first. No priority is given to any individual. The staff is very rude. And they charged 100 rupees from me and didn't gave any acknowledging statement, claiming that they have charge for the provided service. Also the money he took kept in his pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The poor facilities provided by the govt are on ample display here:
1. No fixed charges on AADHAR service (no receipt/ slip provided). I paid 300, someone else paid 100, god knows where the money is going.
2. No mask, no COVID protocol, no distancing
3. The scanner/ printer didn't work for the first hour we were there. You'll be spending >1.5 hours for a 2 min job.
4. Understaffed
5. Back door operations- random people coming from behind the counter and getting the work done.
This is the right place to get your AADHAR made/ updated, but it's disappointing the way it's done.
