★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really pathetic experience dealing with indiabulls. No one picks up the call. I had applied for foreclosure on 10th March . Still I am chasing behind them for my original documents. No one responding on national customer care or at local customer care centre. It seems that we have done sin choosen indiabulls for loan. I advise people to avoid such culprit organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very unprofessional , all phone numbers given for the customers even senior staff not responding, we got sanctioned letter 1 month before, but bank couldn't disbursed the amount. They took my all original documents, processing fees and iignoring pick up my phone. I'm going to withdraw, a big lesson for me with this kind a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Customer care number is switched off. How can they do so when they are committed to provide services to customers, even during their work hours it is switched off. Few days before due to lockdown, customer care executive s were not available and they were not providing any response of the mail as well. Pathetic customer service. Worst experience till date. I recommend not take any product of Indiabulls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a SAHUKAAR institution, once is loan disbursed they increase interest continuously, ever when RBI decreases Repo rate it does not reduce interest and say that it does not follow RBI rules and when RBI increase Repo Rate they increase ROI at once, so that customer is trapped for all his life, such a looter institute.
