★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of container yards and small factories are right next to the housing society.
The main users of the road infront are trucks from container yards and factories.
The water that comes to these houses is originally meant for factories: MIDC Water supply. Full form of MIDC is Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation.
Indiabulls park is still under construction. By now they were supposed to have delivered the flats.
The previous housing complex of Indiabulls Greens was promised a lot. But the housing society doesn't have what was promised.
Going by track record the Indiabulls greens (completed project nearby) has the following problems:
1. The swimming pool is a children's pond.
2. No proper playground for cricket or football.
3. The buildings are so close by and clubbed together. Only a few houses have a decent view
4. Water is seeping from the bathroom/toilet of the floor above for many.
5. No amenities nearby.
6. They promised a school, hospital etc nearby. None of that exists
7. They had promised a nice joggers park. Right now that place is used for dumping construction material for Indiabulls park and that area is totally cutoff from Indiabulls Greens. So no joggers park, now or in future.
One wonders what the Indiabulls park is going to be?
When will it be delivered?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of services by Indiabulls, they are just interested in selling flat by showing classy pictures of their projects...I am staying in Indiabulls greens, project is having multiple issues, seepage, smells in washrooms all the time because they use treated water for flush, all balconies without slope, so balconies are always filled with water, washroom work without any look and feel

1.Indiabulls had took many years from 2013 and still no hopes for possesion.
2.Cheated the people who booked their flat as mountain facing because instead of the mountain facing the Mahad Buildings are constructed. So their will be no view of mountains.
3.Still not giving a fixed date of possesion to the investors/Flat holders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spacious but located in place where there is No commute, No shop near by, no road and it will take 150 rupees from rickshaw to station and fixed rate. don't move unless you have way to commute and make buy ration in large quantity weekly.
