★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Concern, I am regular customer of this petrol pump. but today is my worst day from your staff. today(23-Dec-2021 22:29) slip no. RRN000439786001. I Filled petrol. 982.72 INR. but your staff is denied to enter this amount. he forced fully update 983 INR. .28 INR is does not matter, but your staff behaviour is metter. I don't know how requiret this kind such a stupid people(anpad, gawar, manner less, behaviour less). end less comment. please take action against this person.

IOCL SHOULD STOP THEIR PATHETIC XTRAREWARDS SERVICE BECAUSE MOSTLY PETROL PUMPS STAFFS MAKE DIFFERENT EXCUSES WHILE ADDING POINTS IN XTRAREWARDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One petrol operator named Pawan in not the honest worker. I told him to tank full my bullet.meter reading when my bike got full tank was rupees 1250.11. But as soon as he put the petrol nodal on his maschine he intently press the petrol maschine butter, now the reading became rupees 1251.23. I argued him that he increased th meter reading. He denied. I asked for complaint book, but they didn't give me. Please tell anyone, me how do pass my complaint to the owner and to the company?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is good, services is bit slow....usually remain crowded. Female staff is neither experienced and bit rude too. Also have CNG filling station ( but remains crowded )

The staff was excellent
The CNG pressure was 201 when I visited.
There are other services available
Multi fuel options at the pump
The staff were neatly dressed
The brand Indian Oil's one of the better outlets in Delhi till now.
