★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are salary account holder then be prepare to accept any kind of Debit to your account. If you are having salary A/c and then if you switch the company then to convert your salary a/c to saving a/c this bank will selects the type of saving account on their own and then after sometime Debits the non maintenance charges to your account. They do not have system to inform the customer that they have converted the salary a/c to Saving A/c.
This is their other income....I think which will be more than what they are earning in normal banking practice. (Zero star option is not available.......)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank I have used. Not made for businessmen. The worst online infrastructure . The worst staff. For account creation they will do anything, once it is open they don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just if you don't want to lose your money or get frustrated a free advice is here. Do not open an account in IndusInd bank and specially not at this branch because the manager is pathetic. Useless staff who do not respond at all for calls or emails. Will promise you bigger things but won't do anything to help. Just fake and useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given -5 if that option is there. It is the worst bank I have ever seen. No support at all. I registered my corporate account there and at the time of registration they were very helpful. From the moment account got opened they have 0 support and we are not able to transact money to clients. They do not understand simple thing that a corporate account needs proper support from bank and this is so painful. I have decided to close that account and will urge everyone do not to think about this bank at all. Our relationship manager was Sachin Chedke and he never responds to calls and when messaged on what's up he simply see the message and leave it without a single word reply. This is the worst support.
