The employees don't have manners to how to talk to customers if they are facing a problem .
By the time when u call them for the help they will just ignore your problem nor help you in it .
Doesn't matter if the mistake is done by the customer it self they will always blame you and on every call they will make realize you.
That if u have done a small mistake then they'll act like you have made a most biggest crime . I am still facing the problem from last 2 yrs .
The problem was that by mistakenly I transferred 13000/- in some another a/c . Which should be transferred in my a/c . When ever I called them for the help they use to just disconnect the call purposely for the first 2 to 4 times for last time I use to get answer that their is connection problem.
What do they all think of them self's god knows .
Please the whole Staff of Indian Overseas Bank [Sanewadi Branch]
Its a request to all of You I m still facing the problem ....
Don't want to a single star they r not at that level to give a single star .
