★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch ever. Nobody picks up the call or replies to the email. They just talk more do nothing. If I had an option to give 0 stars I would have done that, this one star is also too much for this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst RACPC of SBI
Since my loan account is shifted through different RACPC but it never took 20+ days to process the disbursements.
I am still following it up with bank for the same, though all the documents are clear.
When ever you call your call is unattended. If some one mistakenly picks the call they will hang on without listening completely.
Office timings are 10, though i called couple of times around 10:20 -10:30 and office boy picks the calls and the responses is staff is yet to come.
Gives the perfect feeling of Sarkari Bank and Sarkari kaam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Loan processing took more than 2 months plus we have to pay 10k extra as the government has increased some charges which were not there when we applied for the loan.
2) SBI employee who was taking all the documents forgot the stamp for PMAY after all the signatures and documents processing we asked him about it. Then he told he has forgotten it So, the point is because of his careless attitude we could have to bear the loss of 1.5-2L which was huge.
3) Infrastructure is good at this new office so one star for that but people are same with the same late back attitude.
EDIT 2:-
4) Even after giving all the documents for PMAY they have not processed my request. The concerned lady just replyed that your document was just stuck between two papers that's why they didn't get it and have not processed it. It's a matter of 2 lakes just is a CARELESS attitude, how can they sleep properly and show faces their kids after doing such an injustice to someone. My whole family is suffering because of this .. these 2 Lacks are very important to me.PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE OR TRY TO AVOID THIS BRANCH FOR THE BANK.
These guys have done hard work only during the SBI entrance exam preparation after that they don't care about anyone. Typical Sarkari babu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RETHINK if you consider SBI and that too from this center. Disbursement pending since a month. If you borrow a home loan, the builder is legally allowed to charge penalty from the customer and the customer is rendtred helpless. You'll keep on taking follow-ups and mourn your decision. Better check Kotak, ICICI, or HDFC or in fact NAVI is giving good services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to collect my documents. Very efficient, my appointment was at 11am and i was out with documents at 11.15. Yes, taking appointment over phone is a bit tricky but once u have the appointment it's very smooth. Overall my experience with Sbi loan section is very smooth and staff are very polite and efficient. Far better than my experience with some of the private sector banks.
