What was the reason to delete my review?? 1:-worst service experience ever had 2:-Service time was 5hours 50min which is not at all aspected by a consumer for a normal service of 80k km 3:-Water,tea or anything was not served 4:-Our car was ready for dilivery in 3 hours but they denied to give us before as the gave us time of 3 pm (9am-3pm) 5:-The behaviour of the costumer care counter was disappointing 6:-And if you can't do this much service in a day then you should not take a appointment 7:-you need to work on it infinium Toyota sg highway 8:-seats were not sanitized ,no sanitizers were available or none of the staff wore mask it can cause spread of corona 9:- the number which you gave can't receive any message so give a genuine number so that everyone can contact you 10:- my car had a new bumper and it was not fitted properly I asked to repair while service But it was not even touched and they said that the bumper was broken which was just 1 month old and when they opened it more gap came in it 11:-hope to have a better service next time ,and with better way to communicate 12:-and stop cheating costumer the service before 2 years was great getter then now I am having the same issue from the last 2 regular periodic service and it's not good 13:- you don't even clean the interior and directly apply polish on it the dust was clearly seen on the dashboard 14:-visit again carpet were not given this time which is a lack in Toyota and was given to other costomer 15:-i don't want to defame so I am not putting any photo on my review because its your fault not Toyota india fault You have less staff then needed Take only the capacity of the cars you have to do in a day 16:-Engine bay was not cleaned 17:-i didn't wanted to waste my time so I left from there as u had to leave for other place and a time of 6 hours it not good just for a regular service

In 8 year experience I don't see adorable management they care of employees and we not feel like doing job we feel like a family and best system of toyota and best mamory of life .... Thank you I am proud of my self I am employee of toyota . special thank for reshamam who supporting all girls who job in infinitum group.

The way I got a help in choosing a right car was commendable. The "Toyota" way and a customer support from this was highly approcated. If you wanna buy a car atleast should visit this place before a final decision. They are truly keeping a higher bars set for the customer satisfaction.

Got my crysta serviced from here a few days back and while handing over the car I told them to remove the floor mattings care fully at the time of washing as every time I gave the car for service I got mattings with broken locks (they every time break it), told them this repeating issue then also they did the same and broke all the last row matting locks. each time i have to order and get a new one. also they didnt fixed the mattings properly and hard pushed the middle row seat to lock it, in which the matting got stuck and the seat didn't open to get access to last seat. have to get it fixed also.(UNPROFESSIONAL WORK)

Had worst experience with one of the service executive named Mr. Jinesh Bhatt, he was very rude and unprofessional. I had put my Toyota Fortuner for service on 6th Jan, 2022. After taking delivery on the same day, I noticed that head lamp washer on the bumper was missing. I immediately called up Mr. Jinesh Bhatt (who was assigned to me for the service) and asked him politely that the head lamp washer was present when I dropped the car but it was missing after the delivery and I asked him to check the same with the mechanic. On asking, he started yelling on me that it's not possible that any of your car part gets lost from our side and we are not thieves here that we will stole your accessory part. He was not ready to listen a single word from the customer. I don't mind buying that new accessory part on my own but I didn't expect such unpleasant response being a loyal Toyota customer. I think the higher management should train and educate such service executives regarding how to behave with their customers.
