★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Krishnanagar Naroda Ahmedabad. There is a tower issue al most. Another thing my mobile sim card services suddenly stopped and due to Covid I can't go to store to ask reason. After that from my bank account done an UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS (FRAUD) OF RS. 2,18,000/- and OTP not received due to sim was not working. Now Vodafone not giving any details why sim services stopped and not any details to us or police department also. VERY BAD. MAY BE IN THIS TRANSACTION ANY MASTER SIM USED FROM VODAFONE EMPLOYEE FOR OTP AND UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION. And so many people suffering this type of complaint to stop services without any notice by recall or by mail of customer.
