★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nightmare to work, in Nokia solution and networks, specially under Gaurang patel, We were forced to work for 12 hours a day and denied even weekend leaves.
We were allowed to take maximum one day off in a month, but never been compensated for overtime.
It was just not due to, a bad boss but all senior leadership team, knew that most of manpower working for almost double hours, for what they being paid for, but choose to keep mum on the issue, as it was in their favour.
It was useless to do HR complain, as timesheet are being maintained separately to cope up with compliance.
