The course was impeccable for the organisation, the care of exposition, the clarity of communication, the extraordinary and uncanny capacity to get to the heart of the participants, each one of them and to all as a whole.looking forward for the next one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Ashwini and it's been 2 years that I'm getting therapy from inner space. I personally feel that I'm so blessed and lucky to get therapy from inner space and from my therapist Malini Di. It was Very difficult in the beginning to open and work with myself but now it's totally different. Therapy had taught me to deal with my emotions and I can see the changes in myself that everyday mentally I'm getting stronger and able to become more mindful of what I'm doing and saying. And it was all possible because of therapy that I get from Malini Di and all the retreats that I attend at inner space. It's a platform and an opportunity where I could shape my life and make it more beautiful and better. Most important inner space has taught me to sit with myself and also become more capable of helping other beings and do things where my happiness lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a country, where upkeep of mental health is not even considered an issue, inner space offers a wonderfully kind and compassionate way to cope and thrive in life. I came here when going through a difficult phase in my life and my therapist not helped me make sense of why I was feeling the way I was, how it was completely OK to feel that way and pointed some mental cobwebs. It takes courage to reach out to a therapist and more to slowly work through your difficult experiences. While it was me who made the tough choices, my therapist at Inner Space held my hand as I navigated through this difficult terrain. She even helped make the journey fun. Thanks!!

She has been my cheerleader and my critic; she has always been there, even outside of my therapy sessions. Sessions with her and the space that Inner Space has created, helped me understand what it means to be in a safe space, be at peace with myself in order to explore and learn. If you want to work on yourself, even if you are unsure what is happening with you and around you; I would recommend Gitali and Inner Space with my whole heart <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped coming to Inner Space after my therapist moved on (I wanted to continue with her) but I will be forever indebted to this beautiful and compassionate space for helping me meet her! The staff, the ambience (oh, how can I forget the wonderful collection of books?) and everything else is filled with devotion and love. I am able to review this place publicly without the shame of admitting that I go for therapy because of Inner Space! Sadia's aura is beautiful and her passion is infectious. Her team imbibes the values that she believes in, with grace. I have already recommended and will keep recommending this place to anyone who is suffering.

Sadia's style has almost a lyrical quality, while she gently prods you to explore yourself. I enjoyed every interactive session as well as the practices she taught. Thankyou team Inner Space.
