To purchase a flat here was the biggest mistake in my life. Worst builder in Bangalore.. poor quality material used for building. Marketing guy/builder is useless and never keeps deadlines to finish works. Amenities like gym, party hall, indoor games are made in parking slot which is against BBMP norms.Guys who are planning to buy a flat, pls keep away from innovative developers.

This is a beautiful ,very well landscape and nature friendly apartment in the IT city. Its near to all the Top IT tech park and Top School. Most important is apartment having ample open space and ventilation is so nice. One can enjoy nature in today's world and busy life.Residents are so friendly and always ready to have fun/celebration with any reason.Near to apartment sports complex is a add-on compliment to this project.Feeling amazing part of this society.Thank you.

My parents had lived there for an year, in Phase 2. Calm and friendly apartment complex. Bhoganahalli Road needs tarring, which got worse due to several civil works. It should get better by mid 2021. The 80ft New Horizon Road is expected to pass in front of this apartment and connect ORR with Varthur Road somewhere. This is expected to happen in 2021, delayed due to Covid. That will make connectivity fantastic to Whitefield. Already connectivity to ORR excellent. The fear of graveyard nearby is over rated. We barely notice it.

I am a resident here and staying since 4 and half years. One of the first two residents to move in. Initially there were a lot of issues like any other under construction project but slowly things improved and much better currently. Most things done as per the specifications. Issues like maintenance and security were addressed about a year back and functioning smoothly now. There is a lot of greenery around the society. Things will be even better once the white topping work for Bhoganahalli road is completed by BBMP (presently going on) and the connector 80 ft road (work going on) from Outer Ring Road to Varthur is completed.

Great Place for raising a family and kids would love it. It is right next to sports complex and a lake. Lots of fresh air compared to other apartments. There is a proposed highway and which will have direct link to Horizon engineering college. BUY or RENT, its a nice place.

It's a beautiful place to live..feels close to nature. Houses are so spacious and good in budget. I really enjoy staying here. All the aminities are there and all the shops are just a walk away. School, day care, petrol pump, hospital, medical, vehicle repair shop and what not.. You can just walk and go to all the places.. We decided to buy flat here due to its location. As it is at manageable distance from almost all the major IT park. And that makes life easy when u plan to switch job.

Most stupid builder check the tt table installed next to a pillar so that nobody can play. There’s a green lawn and while walking you can meet snakes ( see picture for snake skin) Quality of water so bad, check photos for the quality. Builder never cleaned it. There’s no drainage in basement, if you see any office basement you’ll find holes for drainage, here there’s no provision. Last rain the lifts were flooded. Don’t know what will happen this time. Check the ramp towards basement, many people are staying here for more than 1.5 years still no ramp is made. Multiple accidents happen still builder didn’t bother. Basically builders don’t bother about customers, they only know money. Next to the ramp phase 2 work is ongoing, for that sometimes they will keep lorries there to unload and you won’t be able to go out or come in. Think about the situation in office time. The road towards the building is also in similar situation, it’s muddy Uber doesn’t want to come inside. Ladies coming in night to home isn’t at all secure. Sometimes ramp lights also won’t work, lifts don’t work for multiple days. It’s horrible situation. Many times big lorries got stuck in mud and couldn’t move. We had to leave our car in basement and walk on the muddy road to go out and catch cab and get fire in office from manager. Labours also stay in the property or some stay in next land in the property. They make things more dirty. They pee anywhere. They starts shouting in the morning. As still work is going on, you expect some sound, bud this guys start working early morning 6o clock and you won’t get proper sleep also. Labourers use our lift to transfer cement sands bags and make them dirty. After that they don’t clean it. Also they use the lifts roughly and it gets broken every now and then. Gym they have provided is the worst one even the local gym near Panathur road is far better than this. Lifts they have installed but they haven’t installed but they haven’t installed automatic rescue device (ARD) which moves the lift to nearest floor and open in case of power failure and lift is in between the lift. So now if you are in moving lift and power is gone 50% chance you’ll be stuck inside. DG is there but if your lift is in between, it won’t auto recover, you need to press the alarms which nobody will listen, and you can’t call anybody as there’s no network inside. Think if old people like your parent sticks inside. (Check all the photos and you’ll understand.)
