★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained apartment with all the required facilities. You will get a friendly atmosphere and quick response association team. Have handled the pandemic situation in a sensible manner. Neat and clean environment. Only concern is childrens play area, which is quite small for a large group of children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living in this flat at the top floor the only issue I face that water leaking from the rooftop.. bcz this flat is very old flat and our owner also soo irresponsible after telling soo many times also he didn't repair it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The build quality is bad, there is frequent water leakage problems from bathroom ceiling, etc. Except gym, no other amenities. Not enough space for kids play area.
Maintenance is high, around 3k for 2 bhk without any amenities.
Only positive is the flats are spacious and it is near to ORR.

Loads of amenities like club house, amphitheater, yoga deck, tennis court, play area , GAIL etc. almost 80% free space.
Its an under construction project. Though its behind the schedule but looks like end product will be a lavish stay.
