Open drainage in front of the apartment.
Finishing touch is not good, example the gap between wall and window frame will be clearly visible from ouside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not good for tenants as you will be told bore water there...but complete water usage is served by tanker..and maintenance also high!! construction quality is not up to the mark, seen so much cracks and did lot of repairs from my side to stay there. Parking is not planned well. if you are buying a flat, thoroughly check with civil engineer and decide.
