The yogasanas are taught very well to ensure maximum benefit from the postures and has helped me to get rid of neck pain and heel pain within a month. Highly recommend for everyone who can get benefit from it either for weight loss or as a therapy. Even during online classes the explanation provided was in detail and I could get the complete benefit.

Insight yoga gives you real insight of yoga . Dr Snehal gives instructions in such a way that you simply surrender yourself to the yoga. Asanas and their constructions are very well explained set wise and importance of each position with reference to your body requirement is communicated properly. Due to this all difficult Asanas are achieved easily. Breathing sequence and its relevance with postions in Asanas are explained with its synchronization. Dr. Snehal, were well understands Client requirement and designed course accordingly. Special instructions are given for clients having having back/ spine related issues should.

I practiced prenatal yoga under the guidance of Dr. Snehal's . She is a great yoga teacher with the kind of composure and knowledge one would expect from the instructor especially through the pregnancy phase. Her prenatal classes were really useful and all practices worked great for me. Thanks to her, I practiced regularly throughout pregnancy and had a healthy and active pregnancy and childbirth. Being a doctor herself, she has apt insight into the changes happening during pregnancy so she advised only the safe practices and postures to me. She also helped explain fetal development during different stages of pregnancy and how some meditation and garbh-sanskar practices would help baby's brain and overall development. It created a very positive vibe listening to these sessions and practicing them. I would highly recommend her yoga classes especially the prenatal classes.

I had joined prenatal yoga classes. Dr Snehal is very professional yoga instructor . She checks on each and every person in her session . She helped a lot while my pregnancy by instructing specific yogas for specific issues. Her meditation sessions were really relaxing. Even Dr Snehal helped me over call in the last days of my pregnancy.

Dr. Snehal is, to my experience so far, is best in class. I am a senior citizen, with history of asthma, hypertension, angioplasty & lastly Covid. I needed guidance on exercises (Yoga) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) which suited my age and health condition. I had earlier tried Yoga & Pranayama with many so called yoga guides, but gave up every time, since I observed no improvement. In fact, it had, at times, adverse effects. I consulted Dr. Snehal about a month back and explained to her my health condition. Dr. Snehal was very patient in hearing me out and also asked a lot of questions. Based on our interaction, she designed a specific program for me and on the next day, we had online session. She explained every physical exercise/ breathing exercise in detail and also told benefits of the same. She also advised what to avoid - to me, it's more important. Her observation is so keen that she used to make out if was uncomfortable in a particular posture or breathing technique. She immediately modified whatever was required. She insisted on daily feedback on my observations. After one week practice, we had one more online session and she modified, added exercises. We have had four sessions so far and I have been immensely benefitted. I have not used inhaler (for my asthma ailment) even once since the time I started practicing Yoga/ Pranayama under guidance of Dr. Snehal. I feel energetic. My blood pressure has stabilized, as also my oxygen saturation level is maintained at 98. To sum up, Dr. Snehal is extremely professional, thorough in her knowledge, patient and extremely kind/ compassionate/ caring. She not even once hurried up for ending the session. She records everything and for ease of practice, shares notes on what has been taught, so that one can practice all by himself/ herself. Moreover, she is an excellent human being. If anyone wants to maintain good health, ailment free life, I shall, without an iota of hesitation, recommend Dr. Snehal. One will never ever regret having consulted Dr. Snehal. I wish a very long, healthy and prosperous life to Dr. Snehal.

Hello, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Snehal Nalgirkar for her expertise and Yoga consultantation. Me and my wife were infected due to COVID in Apr’21 and had to undergo hospitalisation for a couple of week. After discharge, as a post COVID effect, I had became very weak and had trouble in maintaining my O2 concentration and had raised heart pulse. Dr Snehal consulted us and provided guidance about systematic Yoga breathing techniques thru series of weekly online sessions. Her teaching technique is very unique since we observed she tries to understand the patient’s real issue and designs the course according to the need. She is very patient while understanding the issues and guiding the patients. Another good part is, Dr Snehal monitors the progress on key parameters thru online tracking and makes suitable changes in the course. The best part is after practising the guided exercises, my O2 concentration raised up to 97-98% and pulse dropped at least 30% which is quite significant. I am feeling quite recovered and whenever I do the prescribed exercise, I feel rejuvenated. Thanks again to Dr Snehal and I will be very happy to recommend her within my broader network. I have done prenatal yoga classes with Snehal for both my pregnancies (2017 and 2020) and highly recommend her for the same. The classes were small batches (2-3 people) and so there is lots of personalised attention. She caters to different people's needs within the class based on their abilities and also on what stage of their pregnancy they are in. Snehal is extremely intuitive and is able to pin point any discomfort you may feel and modify the poses to accommodate these. The yoga I practiced with Snehal helped alleviate some general as well as pregnancy related discomfort I had.

I had very good experience with Insight Yoga. I never imagined that online yoga classes works that well. Dr Snehal always pays personal attention on each individual in the session and suggests poses/asanas based on individual's needs/ailments. I really benefited from her yoga sessions and looking forward to continue in future as well. She is very knowledgeable, calm, polite and always approachable to discuss ones concerns. Thanks Snehal!!
