★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend the balance body yoga who have serious joints pain or suffer from any serious pain as these guys dont understand what exactly you are suffering from .you have to tell everyone in each class I cant do this. No personal attention eventhough you have been charged double for medical yoga.No peace of mind after session .Personal experience
