★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pretty much satisfied with my physician Dr.Manu Uttam. My water suddenly broke and he didn't hesitate to pick up my husband's call in the early morning. Immediately I got admission and ICH gifted me the most precious present and that was also Teacher's Day. Only one suggestion - food quality should be improved. Nurses were very helpful specially Shampa,Chaitali di. Shockingly amongst all of the nursing staff, one used to sleep at night. This was reported next day. Hope, everything is going well now????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very Bad experience ,In case of emergency you will be sent for billing while treatment will not start. nurse, staff behavior is very bad . Blood is drawn from the child's body at the time of channeling and the parent is not informed. No covid19 protocol following .Only money is cheated here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Institute of Child Health is one of the Top Most Institution for child and Neonatal Care on West Bengal. In recent past Dr. Apurba Ghosh becomes the Director of this hospital. Many renowned doctors are attached to this institution. Earlier (1980-2000) few departments and facilities were available. However, in recent past nearly all Child Care Departments and corresponding Doctors are readily available. Also now MRI facility is also available. For Neonatal, Pediatric and Pediatric Care Neonatal ICU, ITU, Cardiac Unit, Gastro, Neuro, Nephro, Ortho, Allergy & Asthma, Dermatology, Chest, ENT departments are active in this institution.
Nurses, Aya's, and Staffs are qualified and sympathetic towards patients.
Obstetric and Gynecology department is also available here.
For child care Mothers are allowed to stay with their child 24 hourly.
There are few Chemist Shops just opposite to this hospital.
A Canteen is available for patient parties and it is economical.
Compared to other Child Care Institution Institute of Child is far far better in both for proper effective treatment and monetarily. It is much economical compared to any Nursing Home for children.
Please note that they accept Sasthya Sathi Card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This child care hospital has a very good reputation for taking care of childrens. 24 hours services is available in this Institute of child health hospital. Also the staffs and doctors are pretty good in their attitude, reading the attitude and relationship there is no issue. You can come any time but it will be better whenever you come in this Institute of child health hospital before that you have taken appointment for better facility otherwise it may take time because of the high number of patients.
So, you can come here for care of your children, because it is meant for children speciality. I think here all necessary high quality medical instruments are there for better care. That's it about this Institute of Child Health Hospital.
