★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the real Tourist Bureau. It is located in the station. Scammers will tell you it is located outside of the station. Do not believe them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience! You can book your ticket without any problem. It’s located on the first floor. When you enter the room then go to the number machine to take your number. Press only once because it gives the number with a bit of delay. It gave me 3 numbers. Then you have to get a reservation form. Don’t forget to take a pen and passport with you to fill the reservation form. You have write details of your passport in the form. Be careful on your way to the office, because people want to stop you to rip you off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only and true international tourist bureau. Inside the railway station, Second floor. Dont trust anyone in the railway station's entrance, because they Will try to trick you telling that the bureau is in the cougnnaut place, in the centre. Dont Go! They Will drop you in a tourist agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient way to buy train ticket for non Indian.
The place is easy to find: basically follow the numerous signs "International Tourist Bureau" leading to the first floor of the train station.
The staff speaks English and will be either very helpful or not at all depending on who is behind the counter...
You can pay by credit/debit card with no extra charge which is nice since cash is currently hard to get in India.
In addition, it is open 24 hours, 7 days a week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the REAL tourist ticket office. It is located on the first floor of the building. Take the stairs on the right side of big hall with big display. Don't listen to anyone who wants to help saying it is closed or that is in other location. It is open 24x7. I arrived at 6:00am and got my 5 tickets after about one hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found the place a bit hard to locate as we were constantly bombarded with scammers trying to tell us it was outside. One even tried to stop us from entering at the entrance and insisted they worked for the police. But once inside the staff provided the sufficient information and it is definitely a lot cheaper than booking through the hotel. Could not book online as we were foreigner.
Instructions for getting inside:
Walk towards the ticketing windows and there is a staircase on the right hand side. It is on the second floor and down a dark corridor.
Safe travels everyone :)
