★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is like what one would expect from a regular heavily crowded train station. The displays help a lot, announcements are timely, platforms are a lot cleaner than they used to be years ago. A few more chairs would really help. Some platform managers/guards to tell people that they should put the bags down and let people sit on the chairs would also help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained railway station, but public will anyway missuse facilities. Announcements, electronic board, drinking water, sitting area, food lounge are easily available and kept clean. People must be more aware and take care of social distance ?????

Waiting rooms are also available so good thing if u arrive early on station.
Very safe for all genders and age group peoples so dont need to worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so big. There are so much platforms here. If you want to take metro go to platform no 16.
All facilities like shelter, food, waiting rooms etc are available here. The autowalas charge a lot you better go by metro.

It is one of the busiest railway station in the country in terms of train frequency and passenger movement. Around 480 trains start, end, or pass through the station daily, which handled 500,000 passengers daily in 2013[1] with 16 platforms.[2] The New Delhi railway station holds the record for the largest route interlocking system in the world along with the Kanpur Central railway station i.e. 48. The station is about two kilometres north of Connaught Place, in central Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scene at Railway station of our Capital is very shabby, Chaos at its peak! Bad road & congested/ unplanned traffic looks, local shops, carts demonstrates careless attitude of Railway Ministery/ Delhi Govt. If airport can be modernise then why can't Railway stations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently a food court has been constructed outside platform 16 by the name "POP & HOP".
The food court contains several major outlets such as Domino's , KFC, WOW Momos , etc.
You have to eat while standing around a large table in the middle.
The service is good as they have recently been functional.
Overall a good move.
