★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys don't buy this communication. They talk to customer really rough and roode. If you raise an issue ticket they close it without resolving. No support and no service. My issue is raised 7 days before yet unsolved and getting changed to new engineer every day and receive only update on new engineer assigned. They are worst most. If you decided to try, try on your own risk. Never opt for annual or above package. They will not return money if you wish to disconnect the line and not really supportive or helpful to resolve any issues. Also waste of additional electricity from your home connection. Also some of their representatives talk really in bad language to customers..

Called the hotline number multiple times, none of the options are useful to me and they don't even have a customer representative to answer for other queries. Emailed twice and no response. Is there any physical person running this operation at all?
