I walked in with a problem with my magic keyboard. My earlier attempt to get it fixed through Apple's authorised service center turned out to be a fruitless and rather disappointing endeavour. Their service essentially stops with warranty. Their next best recommendation is to purchase a new product. Shame.
But the folks at iPro - they checked my keyboard and in 5 minutes confirmed that it's working, and just needed resetting. I even offered to pay them (they just saved me 7k!) but they graciously declined. So here I am, at home, typing out the review they deserve on my magic keyboard.
Have a problem with your apple devices? I'd trust these guys to fix it. Don't bother with the authorised service center if you're out of warranty. Might as well walk into a store and save yourself some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My macbook was smashed and not turning on so I was very afraid I might lose data. I tried the Apple Store first, they couldn't help without risking my data. That's when I tried iPro , A lot of close people that I know have been telling me about this place. I can't say enough good things about this place and their work! I was able to get my data backed up and ported to my new macbook . They were professional, so affordable I would not hesitate to put my important electronics in their competent hands.

I interacted with the person named Ali regarding MacBook Air dim screen and he was transparent about the issue. I was constantly getting updates on the progress done and yes as heard from others the turn around time to resolve the issue was quick and looks like they are good at what they do! Thanks Ali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my MacBook Air 2015 backlight issue resolved here. Staff has good knowledge. They were able to quickly identify the problem and gave a quote for the repairs. Repair was done fast with frequent updates about the status. Kudos to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Ipro to get my iPhone Face ID sorted out as it suddenly stopped functioning plus I had a couple of other minor issues with the same device.
I was quite happy to have met Naveen and Ali and also their staff Sangeetha and Salman. What makes a business great are the people and they are a lovely team and did a genuinely fantastic job in sorting out my entire phone especially the Face ID issue which apple itself fusses about sorting out.

Let me detail a few key points from my experience.
They were quite clear with the time needed as they wanted to fix and test the device before handing it over and although I was without a proper phone for a few days I am totally satisfied with the job done.
Device was delivered as per the promised date.
Pricing was transparent from the get go.( No point in me sharing the price as it will vary from device to device and issue to issue).
These are the points which I appreciate very much and I highly recommend them for your apple product service.

Was bit difficult to find the place, called them and got directions. Look for RAFFAELE 'S and iPro is at their basement.
