★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IREO is the worst builder in the world as far as my experience is concerned. They are very very uncooperative and their staff is very rude. Inspite of several requests they are unwilling to show us the premises or even the project after we have paid 100 percent over 8 weeks ago. We have to seek their approval to see the area and it takes weeks for them to respond to such requests. Its obvious that there is lots to hide from the public.They have broken each and every promise made at the time of purchasing the flat. They have added commercial areas in the project without informing us and made hundreds of crores . Even when we objected the took no action. This has added a lot of problems for the buyers as it has congested the complex thereby putting extra strain on the facilities.
Except for the coffee they serve when you visit them everything iswrong with the administration. The costs are 40 percent more than the market.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM IREO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever they duped us if our money took crores of rupees for the flat and delivered the worst quality flat, with seepage all around and and week walls, even for the basic paper work they made my parents run around my father can't walk still he managed to go to IREO campus office where Mr Gulag said that on 19th he will have to come for the registry for the house and he will send me email for the registry but he did not send me any email and keep calling there was no response , I called on 18th to catch hold of him because 19th was the date for the regestr this time he came on the phone and said that he can't get the work done and gave al sort of lake excuses that it is subjected to availability. Then I asked that then how did he gave me the confirms dates for 19th ,he had no answer and started giving me excuses which had no sense.....
Ireo is worst company ever don't trust them they will cheat you take your money and give you trash... they will take ur hard earned money and then smile seeing ur pain... they are the worst and cruel people.
