★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you wont even get basic things like water, electricity, maintenance etc. Water supply is main issue here. you will get a flat where you wont have water then you will running for water with bucket here and there. Its really true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of issues. Really struggling for basic things like water, electricity etc. Most of residents have bad experiences including me. Foolishness to opt for it. Worst condition for water supply, you will have to be dependant on government supply water even that comes only 2 hours in morning and 2 in evening, if you are working and coming home after 8, you wont get water for sure. Such a wrong decision getting in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at good area. But not a peaceful place to live. I had one of the worst experience living here, also make sure and be vigilant by the fraudsters.
This is definitely not the peaceful place, there will be a lot of noise during night and day of the passing trucks and sirens. Dust would be also one of the major problem for the people living here. I wouldn't recommend anybody to live here.
Make sure check for ants and electricity meters before you shift to this place. It can be easily located from main road

* Very good connectivity to sadar bazar and Metro station.
* Autos are easily available outside.
*It has Parking facility.
*Small Temple for the Residents.
*Alot of greenary.
*No swimming pool.
*No sports facility.
*one community hall for functions is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the amazing simple and its in the perfect position. It is around 4-5 KM away from Huda city centre metro. The society is good neat and clean. Maintainance is better. Close to the society there are 2 malls. It makes very easy to buy things. Sharing autos are always available.
