★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had or rather say still undergoing a good experience at Isha Sparsh , I had some health problem and for the first time I thaught of trying ayurveda for healing , I met Dr Sandhya at Isha and she was quick to respond to my concern , after that I had several appointments with her where she really displayed listening and understanding capacity to the fullest , she spent good time with me as if like a counselling session step by step trying to get the closure for my problem .
I also learnt some breathing techniques from her which I practice every now and then and have proved quiet helpful in my ongoing issue .
I would recommend Isha Sparsh and Dr Sandhya to someone who would like to experience holistic approach and gain the Ayurveda lifestyle .
Overall a very good experience and would like to explore more at the newly renovated centre along with some more lifestyle additions they will offer for sure .
Thankyou Dr Sandhya ( Isha Sparsh) hope things grow bigger for all in the path of health and peace .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been consulting Dr Rukmini Bhat from almost three years now. She was kind enough to listen to me over the phone call since I had a fracture in my leg during my first consultation. She carefully listens and understands. She cured my h pylori infection and her treatment works well on me. I cannot think of any other doctor other than Rukmini Bhat for my gastritis ( after trying all those allopathic medicines which was of no use for me). I would definitely suggest Dr Rukmini. Thank you !

Dr. Sandhya Lakshmi not only gives medicines but explain the details of the problem / treatment , It makes us streamline our diet. All my pain started disappearing one by one and now feel much comfortable. I stopped all my other medicines and I appreciate every bit of treatment I have gone through / going through.
Highly recommended for people who is looking for "PURE AYURVEDA" treatment without any kind of side effects.

Earlier in this Jan 2021, I had faced severe acne’s all over my face all of a sudden, so tried some of antibiotics and acne creams . But couldn’t find the best solution, later thought of giving a try for Ayurvedic approach , so met Dr, Sandhya in Isha Sparsh, I was told it will be taking 6 months to get back my clear skin, so Patience!!!!!
I followed the treatment . And Yes!! It worked … no new acnes popped , but scars were there. Gradually it has reduced .
Thanks to Dr. Sandhya for giving me hope and solution to acne.

I felt more light and my bowel movements were healthier. I understood more about ayurvedic principles and the healing properties of different foods. I made tweaks to my morning and bed time routine. In general, I'm very health focused and a mindfulness educator myself, and thought I was eating right, but I learned new insights and corrected a few of my food habits which helped me heal and understand there is no one size fits all. She recommended product brands, eat and limit list of foods, easy recipes and ayurvedic herbs which were very helpful. There is more to learn and grow in my health journey and I look forward to keeping in touch with Dr.Sandhya and work with her to completely heal myself.
