★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever customer service I have ever received in my entire life . There was a display issue with my MacBook Pro , still it was in working condition . Technician accepted my device and next day I I had to call and ask what’s the status then he asked me to go the service centre .When I went he was so rude to me as he can’t give the device on same condition which I gave to him. There was an argument between the guy who repaired my device and me . Next day I went to the service centre to collect the device then boss of the service centre was also present . Then he tried aruguing in favor of technician saying that I should have read the terms and conditions . Instead telling me in the first instance , he kept arguing also asked me to get out of the premises as he acted like real boss . First of all it’s my mistake trusting them also they are not the authorized service centre and doubt about the license also . As I mentioned I have witnessed the worst customer service experience ever. Now 130000 device gone for a toss . They returned the device with no display at all and no power supply too .
Please if you really care about the your devices I wouldn’t recommend anyone anytime . Above informations are true and genuine .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never visit again, they told keyboard issue after opening the keyboard and checking it, told it would cost Rs3000 plus service charge. I knew it was not the issue went to another shop where they fixed the issue in just rs700.
These people even after opening and checking gave wrong info that keyboard needs to be replaced but also charged for checking the issue (which was wrong). very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have no clue what they are doing! Exploiting customers with exorbitant prices and even then cannot do the job properly. If you care about your machine stay away from this place they will do more damage than repair. My personal experience with both Dell and Lenovo laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the worst. I just wanted to open my back cover of my Macbook Pro. They told me they'll charge 300 just to remove the screws and open the backside. Moreover they damaged the sides of my Macbook and told me it was there before only. I had to face lots of trouble in warranty claim because of this. They are the worst in town, too arrogant and have attitude. They don't even know how to talk to a customer.
