★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn’t deserve even one star. But review won’t post without rating. I think it’s a FRAUD company. Just trying to pose as genuine dealers. I have paid in full (one lakh plus) for an iPhone 13 pro max and apart from a general mail saying your order is being processed there is absolutely no other response from there. I have sent innumerable mails, iMessage, FaceTime calls, Instagram dm, also their WhatsApp supposed help desk is not working. Not one reply. The number given doesn’t connect at all. Busy all the time. I think I have to say goodbye to my money. I doubt I’ll have receive my phone. Don’t deal with this fraud company and make the mistake I did. I needed to be more careful.
Update- I made a police complaint, also complained to the payment gateway Razorpay that I’ve been cheated. Provided all proof. Razorpay if you notice is no longer on their page as payment channel. And I got my money back exactly a month after I was cheated. Pls stay away from this website. Do not, I repeat, do not make advance payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 20 days since I have placed an order for the AirPods Pro and I have paid the entire amount in advance through my Debit Card. Yet, I’m still to hear from iTechstore about anything. It still says my ‘order is processing’. I’ve made several futile attempts to contact them through their official contact number, but nobody has responded, either to my calls or to my WhatsApp messages. I have mailed them as well, yet there’s no response.
I will update this review if something changes, but as of now, I would request you all to please refrain from ordering from this website.
