★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store with so many choices in everything. Absolutely fantastic. Took a star away for the location, which is in the basement of Mantri House, with no access to lift. So my old mom had to hobble down the stairs. But love this store for the choices otherwise. Pls move to a better location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good store for artists. They have the biggest variety of artsy stuff I have ever seen. The shop is pretty low-key. It's big and you can expect to find whatever you need here. They also have a lot of art props, a whole section dedicated to it.
The parking is really chill as it's located in a lane. A little pricey as far as I am concerned but everyone has to make that assessment for themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itsy Bitsy was once a heaven for artists, no doubt. However, this store was a nightmarish experience. Very hard to find - took us 2 hours and 4 phone calls - finally when we found the place, it was downright dirty, dusty with staff that did not bother to help. Was busy constantly on the phone making movie plans, talking loudly and checking out movie ticket offers. We were the only customer in the shop but ignored. The customer was the least important entity in the store. The guy manning the counter was talking loudly about not caring and leaving the job and the manager trying to retain him. Why is the morale so low at all itsy bitsy stores? Check out my review on pissedcustomer.com about the seasons mall store in Pune which to no surprise closed down.
My hands became dirty after touching dusty products and asked for sanitizer, but they had no sanitizer nor any facility to wash hands. Trash lined up the way to the store, carelessly strewn. Poor illumination and dowdy cleanliness. Very poor ambience and very expensive. Have spent a fortune at itsy bitsy over the last many years, but going to stop patronizing them. Deeply disappointed!
Online orders suck majorly with items missing from the orders. Just close down if you cannot manage it. Period. There is no excuse for bad treatment of customers spending their hard-earned money on making you richer, the Closepets! Are you listening?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop claims to be the craft material shop but unfortunately when we visited they even did not have A4 size craft paper which is something very basic to do any craft work.
Also the staff was "busy" in chating and laughing among themselves.They did not help us in buying single item. After we got little angry then one boy came to our help.
Also they do not know what many items are like we wanted Varnish spray but they did not what it is!
Also prices are exorbitantly high.
We went to venus shop nearby there we got everything there staff was also helpful.
Better to avoid such unneccessarily pricy and most of the items" not available" shop.

All kind of material for painting - like brushes painting colours glitters ,paint protector (varnish), chalk acrylic paint , metallic colour, decoupage papers , stencil , sponge , liquid glue,satin cords , threads , Handmade flowers , handmade paper ,Rasin art material etc many more cute and decorative things you will get here...
Fluid painting wooden coasters ,glass material , deco tensers, beads jewellery,mandala art tools etc many more things you will get...
Definitely visit atleast once...
