★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 2014 Till 2018 the development was slow , but was surprised to see the drastic changes in less than a year !! New shops, new houses and new businesses have sprung up !! I guess just 2-3 more years and this layout will make for one of the quietest and nicest neighbourhoods !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst road in Bangalore, even village roads better than this area. It should be named as no network zone. No street lights i dont understand why it is called as Layout when there zero facilities. Pepole in this layout struggle a lot to travel or commute to other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Like the lake located behind JR layout. But roads are not safe. Very muddy road, government is not looking to this area. You will also not get OlA and UBER. It is pure remote area.
