★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, Rude & Arrogant Customer Service! This feedback is not for the Staff employed their, But for the Owner's SON!! Have never come across such a owner who seem to be so arrogant and insensitive towards their customers. Not sure if has graduated from a third grade B-school. Major novice in the field, desperately needs to learn a lot!! Pity that he may shortly bring down his father's reputation. Otherwise, the products and the services offered by the staff, are good! Guess he really needs to learn from them instead and set an example to the future prospects.
