The eastern freeway connecting Chembur to South Mumbai is just a minutes drive from the complex.Houses are spacious with 2 and 3 bhk options.No pool or gym.All basic necessities within 5 minutes walk (shops, school ,college ,degree college, hospital etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good construction.surrounded by lots of greenery. 10 minutes walking distance from Govandi railway station. 5-7 minutes walking distance from Punjab wadi and Deonar depo bus stop. 12 minutes from shiwaji maharaj statue and freeway. Good Clam place. Two 7 floor building and one 11 floors. New construction. Two lifts and two stairs in tower.
