Very happy I took the decision to move in about fifteen years ago.
Well lit, well designed, spacious, airy flats, ample parking place, well maintained garden with a 330 meters walking track, club house, swimming pool, sauna, lifts and passages with backup generator power, security cameras, twenty four hour security, nice birds visiting the trees in and around the complex, five minutes walking distance from Govandi railway station, ten minutes walking distance from highway, major banks and ATMs in the vicinity, ...
I can go on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice residential complex. It has 21 floors in 2 buildings and 18 in the other two. In total there are 4 wings. The clubhouse has a very nice swimming pool and the gym is very well equipped. It even has table tennis, billiards, and badminton in the club house.

Flats available here are mostly 2 and 3 bhk with podium, garden, dedicated parking space, swimming, gym and all other club house facilities available.. On top most floors of building you get good view of citilights, most of the buildings are of 21, 18, 18 floors. With refugee areas for each building. All the facilities provides here are great..great security, spacious flats, good place to stay definitely
