★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying as a tenant here since a couple of months...Location is good.Markets,Metro Station nearby...It's a small society compared to nearby societies in I.P.Extension....WATER SCARCITY is an issue here. I moved in during Winter...Pray issues are resolved before the sultry Delhi Summer. Apartment is good ...with modern amenities....Owner is also very cooperative and understanding to the issues of the tenants...hard breed to come by.
Another Annoying issue is that stray dogs enter the society and their constant barking throughout the night can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper.... Society is not that well maintained even though they charge a hefty sum of ₹2k as maintenance...Parking is also limited. So any Prospective TENANT or OWNER needs to consider these facts before taking an apartment on rent / purchase here.
