★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home town Ahmedabad has many iconic eateries. Jalaram Parotha is one of them. Since it's beginning they strive to give the most authentic in their segment.
They serve a part of Kathiyawadi (Saurashtra) region cuisine, which includes their trade mark Paroth (thick flat bread) along with varieties of Subjis. They serve fermented chillies in Mustard sauce (રાઇ વાળા મરચાં), which is the best of all.
I have always relished their cuisine. Every time they have quenched thirst of all Amdavadis for Kathiyawadi cuisine ever since their beginning.

As compared to the price, food is not proper. Better search for other hotels

They have home like food with a lot more specifications and varities. I would love to visit again.
