★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed. Four months ago, when I got my treatment, they gave themselves 4 star rating. But now I'm changing it because they didn't even explain what precautions we need to take. I got the hair smoothening treatment and my hair started becoming wavy only after 2 months. When I went to explain the situation to them and ask them to fix this (because they were at fault for not supervising a new employee) they argued me till the end, made sure to gas light me into thinking that it was my fault. Really bad attitude towards customers, poor hygiene, and worst experience someone can ever have. I feel as if they're using Jawed Habib's name for baiting customers. Because they're changing their statements multiple times to avoid apologizing or even admitting that it was their fault to give out such poor services. I have the bill and my hair as proof of what has happened but in the end I came back home just feeling utterly defeated. They pressurize customers to buy products from their place and give themselves good ratings on Google. When asked multiple times if it is a Jawed Habib saloon, they never completely said yes it is. There is conflict amongst staff, and they don't focus on a customer's needs when they're tending to them and back talk a lot of one of them recieves tips. They clearly told me that the treatment will last a year but when I went back to show them my hair, they went back on their own claims. They gave the excuse that the person who tended to me four months ago was on leave (at first) but then changed it and started saying that he was fired. Is this really how you treat all your customers? It was a waste of time, a huge waste of money, and now my hair is damages as well. I'm posting this to make sure that this never happens again with anyone else. I hope they reflect and make better changes.
