They are one of those few developers who doesn't pressurise customers for payemts as per fixed timelines. They are very flexible and considerate developers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person we met was really rude and unprofessional. The name of the sales person was Abhishek. You should never yell at the client even though your flats are all sold out. Building is good but the area will be very crowded once the people start residing there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For about a month now, I have been chasing them to refund the amount for the flat in the building which they didn't built instead changed the plan and didn't even care to inform me. This is a worst kind of experience for a salaried professional who pays taxes honestly and builder seems to do whatever they wish, even though there is RERA now.
