I have been associated with the staff here especially Ms. Mansi and Mr. Derrick at Thane GB road for more than a year now and I must say they have elevated customer service to the next level. Often the sales staff are more focused on sales and miss out on after sales, which is key to consumer satisfaction, if not the most important. I/We got other things to worry about and are indirectly dependent on them to support us, which is exactly what I experienced first hand. I am one of their benefactors and must say my experience was indeed very satisfying. They could relate to you and your needs as just another family member/friend which was really comforting. Kudos to you guys and keep up the good work. Thanks for being calm and patient to all my annoying calls and requests. It still a journey, but I am without doubt that with your support it will be a pleasent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Best and Prime Location i found, and this will be the only tower with 47 floors on GB rd. Easy for Bus and Metro transportation,Dmart just below plus each house is designed considering vastu compliance. And flat size is quite spacious. I think this gives us the best possible things which one requires.

As a customer it makes me glad to share that there are builders like Dynamix group who are taking common people requirements into consideration and are building homes accordingly. As a customer for us, so far she is the single point of contact and easily reachable on any queries/follow ups.
