★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality and worst taste of food. After wandering through oberoi mall and looking for a decent restaurant near it, found this and decided to try. Ordered Pav Bhaji and maysore masala dosa and lemon juice. Taste and quality both are substandard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who takes order thinks she is a Queen Victoria. Very rude and shameless. And I believe she also replies to the reviews shamelessly. Such restaurants should be shut as it encourages stupid behaviour with client.
Always remember, "CLIENT IS KING - REASON FOR YOUR EXISTENCE".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this started with late delivery . The pav bhaji is complete ? with just pav and bhaji. They wanted us to chop onion and lemon on our own. This is what the lady who takes order told.
Then she said so what if you ordered 1 plate vada . We have given you idli vada and that's our mistake and we won't correct it . In the end she wanted to say that have the idli vada ( again words of the lady)
Idli chilli was too salty . To which the lady said ," It's okay".
She started to speak to my husband in a irate tone and hung up the phone stating that it's okay the restaurant will refund the money
Thinking level is too down and you are an uneducated guy .I pity on you. Were her repeated sentences. I think due to Covid anyone is being employed.
Also she said that she will send lemon and onions tomorrow morning. Such a shameless person on the parcel counter.
If you cannot deliver what is ordered, kindly have the shame to accept your fault and change the order. We don't care if you have staff or no . It's really sad that such a female is made to sit for taking orders.

Please avoid ordering from this hotel . Seemed we spoke to a pick pocketer rather than a restaurant .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very sweet small cozy udipi type restaurant. Best of masala dosas and sandwiches and lovely hot coffee. Very good service staff. Neatness is noticeable.A lot of filmy crowd from nearby film city do come there. I have been a regular to this restaurant for last 20 years. For regular food and a good watch of a cricket match on tv its been always the opposite side that is the RC or Royal Challenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tea they served was very sweet and when asked to change they charged us for that sweet tea as well, and the waiter behaved rudely plus responded in bad manner.
They charged us 100 bugs for 2 tea.
Pathetic service pathetic attitude.
I would suggest not to go here or have anything the staff is very arogant. They only try to do business rather than delivering service
I would not give any star if I had a option to rate.
