★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the first sky-scrappers constructed in the suburbs, the architecture of Megh Malhar Raag was done by Hafeez Contractor. The construction quality is rock solid, with all the building walls being made of RCC.
The building has stood the test of time and will continue to stand tall for many more years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a place here and have been facing hell since we moved in. There is so much seepage that the whole house is filed with fungus and mold. Difficult to live here and the house owner Mr. Pulin Kusumgar and his agent Rishab Bharani did not inform us of this trouble. They even kept a lock-in clause of 1 year.
The society is really old. The building hasn't had any structural repairs done in years. Pipes keep bursting. The Chairman Mr. Mehta is not very helpful. There are many pet owners in the building but the key position holders in the society keep making rules that are not pet friendly.
If you are planning to rent or buy an apartment here... Please note... You will have to face 4 months a year of hell plus lakhs of rupees down the drain in repairs every year. All that with a society that is not even helpful. I strongly advice you to look for a house elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housing complex located on top of the hill, during rainy season there is not water overflow. It's 20+ storey buildings (4 buildings). Well maintained territory, securities. Every morning and evening wind blows because buildings located on top of the hill. Currently renovation work going on to improve buildings.
