Very worst employees and very worst service their is no educated people are working in this bank they are all blind service providers I hate this bank and employees first thing I want to say this bank not safe their is no security for the customers account this bank doesn't help dont listen customer issue my bank account has froud worth rupees 49270/ this bank dont take any serious action on it I had mailed to Sumant khatpalia who is ceo of indusind bank he also dont reaply so I would like to re6you to dont be open a account in this bank

Good bank in every aspect. Staff is good and supportive . But problem is if u want to start your ATM transaction then first used Induslnd ATM, for that I visited 5-10 times Induslnd ATM which is only 1 at this place is always cash out in this ATM. But overall is good bank.

please be away from this bank.very very very bad experience it has all cheaters filled in,in the name of staff Every time there is a new staff. been only 4 months after open my account but i regret my decision. pathatic service careless staff and very unprofessional staff would never suggest INDUSIND BANK to any one. wish Google had negative star options too. would have given-ve 5

Such a colossal show and nothing underlying for this bank. I have many times visited this branch and have never found cash in the ATM. The branch is decorated nicely which is not compatible with the service offered. The credit card charges are also high for some peculiar reason. There are two other ATMs beside this ATM. So good luck!

Very rude manager and staff. Absolutely hopeless in behavior and service. The best person is the watchman. Will never ever be a customer of indusind bank.

Parking on the filmcity road near bank is not allowed officially, but one may take chance of parking if someone sitting in the car , this was told to me by a tow away cop. The bank although looks impressive office setup inside but the work culture needs a lot of improvement. Even when spoke with call centre the response was unprofessional & below standard. The knowledge levels also need improvement. But the bank website found to be reflecting better corporate policies, although some information seems to be not updated. The bank's working hours as told by call centre was 9am to 5pm. Even the website reflected the same. But when visited the bank at 4pm found the staff asking to go back and come next day as the bank closes at 3pm and say 5pm is precovid timings. Branch manager not available. Hoping to see improvements in future.

Slow, unresponsive and rude. I interacted with a bank employee named Mradu Rai. She has been slow, has a rude tone and couldn't resolve any of my requests. I was made to sit 2 hours to open a saving account and it was still not done and they then visited us home. When you tell them to visit home at 6 pm..they land at 7 pm. I was supposed to receive a QR code and all the formalities have been done in the month of November. It's been 3 months now and I still haven't received my QR code. When asked, Mradu Rai says that she was on a break and hence couldn't do it. She said I will receive it in a week..but another month has passed by. Why lie? Months passed by and upon asking the status for my QR code, I received a reply for Mradu saying "The QR code is now chargeable." Bogus excuses for their incompetence. What charges when I had applied for the same in November and you were the one who has been delaying it! I wanted to change my address in current account and despite giving them all documents, they were not able to change the address either. Highly disappointing!

I just experienced what Kiran experienced few weeks ago. For a simple service like cash deposits took 45 mins with just one customer ahead of me in the queue. Before their system stared working slow their cashier was seen speaking one her mobile. The cashier and her senior executive had a very casual approach towards customer issues. I was a happy IndusInd bank till I visited this branch today. I rate them Zero and urge others not to bank at this branch, at least.
