★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shah Housecon Pvt LTD one of the worst developer in Mumbai.He promised to give us the flat till 2011 but after so much of fight and struggle finally in 2015 that to unfinished building with poor water supply and also He sold the society security cabin,office,gym,garden and varies other important places to different people.No security guards no facilities he is charging Rs10 per sqft as a maintenance according to the area which shld not be more than Rs 5-6.
When the member of society went to his office he treated us soo badly infact shouted on us n told u won't be getting gym etc if you want go file a complaint on me.Using of 3rd quality of material in flats,bad lift,sold the open free space illegal.
