★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Airline Ever. DO NOT TRAVEL THROUGH JET. We recently traveled to Bangkok with a baby and the baby bassinet was not there in the flight, the front seat which are preferential for the babies were given to their so called paid customers first. Baby (6 months old) was given a normal meal by the flight attendant saying they an have this - Are you guyz really crazy? Even after mentioning for baby food while booking the tickets, no baby food was provided and you provide baby with the normal adult food saying they can have this, like how can you even think of it. In the return flight even though VEGETARIAN in bog words was mentioned in the food option the baby was given non vegetarian baby food and as we argued the flight attendant bluntly said this is vegetarian. Check the image attached. Additionally, the bag handling is another issue where they never seemed to do anything right. Bags had scratches all over, chains were broken and even the wheels were broken apart and then they come with the argument saying aisa toh hote rehta hai ismein hum kuch nahi kar sakte. If you dont know how to handle the customer and their luggage please do not run such company.
