★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can give a 0 Star if possible. Very unprofessional with every step of the process. When it comes to the refunding of the amount just forget it. They will stop receiving your calls and give you different phone numbers to contact and will make to go from one place to another. They are running a scam and I will not recommend anyone to go to them for car rentals.
I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO FACE WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH.
All the good reviews are fake. Their cars are in pathetic condition and can breakdown anywhere. I have been calling them the whole day one number after another and all the numbers after a while will either getting switched off or will not receive your call.
It's been more than 48 hrs I haven't received my security deposit. I am going to register an FIR tomorrow morning against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with a car service we have ever had in our lives. Would really really advice against using them for any kinds of services!
They were too unprofessional and refused to communicate at any costs. Even after giving them the advance, they didn't send any receipt or made clear where the car had to be picked from. They made us go from North West Delhi to GK to Greater Noida, throughout which they kept misguiding, and rarely picked the call. This was on the day of our trip!
Even while booking before hand, they didn't communicate at all, and just told us that the booking has been made, and then on the day of the trip refused to give the car saying it was unavailable.
Do not avail their services at any costs. Pretty sure that the good reviews are fake. They are scamsters and fraud and not at all worth it. It'd be better to go for a pricier service rather than wasting your time on them!

What about this feel scamicst to me because:-
1. There website doesn't have anything except a form to post query to them and Album to display
2. They need Rs. 500 to confirm the booking. Why they need amount in advance when we will pay the security.
3. I heard them first don't know will they return the security back or not?
4. The condition of car, I'm not sure if there car get me stuck on my way or are the reliable to drive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't go through negative things ever ashish and ma'am we're too good and cooperative special thing cars we're almost new security also refunded on time go for jio cars.
As I'm also a businessman i request anybody who takes car keep it clean and use like yours...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST car rental service. They tend to attract the customers with their comparatively cheaper security deposit which they never refund. The 24-hr refund scheme is a complete scam. The cars are in filthy condition, the customer care will keep ignoring your calls once you return their car. If you don't want to regret your rental, avoid Jio cars.

Pros
1) Cost is comparatively lesser than zoomcar, drivezy or anyother self drive rental companies.
GCons
1) Had to wait and call multiple times to get the representative understand that I am at pick up location waiting for him to handover the vehicle.
2) Condition of the car:
a) all four tyres were worn out ( saare tyres ghise hue the)
b) multiple dents on the car
c) Car was dirty like it was kept in a garbage place.
d) Stepney was punctured.
e) mileage 8 kmpl had to fill petrol of 4000 for 500 km
3) Had to wait and call multiple times to get the representative understand that I am at drop location so he can come and take the handover of car.
4) I was informed that security amount will be returned post 24 hours after validating the challans. Which never happened till
date.
5) I am still waiting for that to happen, everyday I call like 15-20 times they say it will happen in the evening.
