We made the booking and after chasing multiple times, he bothered to inform that the booked car is not available. Even after changing the car, he stopped picking up call. Our entire plan got messed up because of unprofessional people like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an swift from Noida Drive for a 10 day Rajasthan trip. The car was up to date, clean and well serviced. piyush was super supportive during pick and drop of the car. It was a hassle-free process and a way better option than services like zoom car etc for self driving.
I recommend piyush and Noida Drive fully and look forward to hiring vehicles from them soon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour. Didnt refund the security amount even after almost a month. Is not replying to our texts. Not trust worthy at all.
I am putting this on my husband's behalf. He has not yet refunded the amount. Date of booking was from 17.08.2021 to 20.08.2021.
He has hidden his post as well.
He is not refunding our 3000 rupees.
Pyush Ji, first of all please refund our amount. It's our hard earned money.

Which treats their customers with respect and answers their every single questions on time and rates are also reasonable and car gets on time with proper cleaning and they make no issues while handing over or picking it up! And the best part is they don't make customers uncomfortable and makes deal according to customer! Especially the owner is very gentle and kind!❤❤❤❤❤
