Very bad experience with Raymond Store at Gaur City Mall Greater Noida West.
We bought one Suite, but tough to get proper fitting after 4-5 visits. When we asked for refund, they were so rude to refund talking for policy terms, we have done expenses more then 5 K in to and fro.
And now when they are forcing for exchange and now they are charging a lot for other cloths when we are getting in Exchange of my suite.
So sad and very bad experience.
Never can recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Waste of money. They don't know how to take size. I went four times for trial of my trouser and at least i gave up. But they could not give me perfect fitting. Wasted 6-7k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I given suite to stich on 21st oct . Order no. 5263. Delivery date was 28th oct. Today is 10th nov. Still they have not deliver suite . And they are not responding as well. Daily they are making excuse. There is no use of that suite to me bcz date is over for party.. so its total waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic tailoring and idiotic behaviour of staff !! Even they threaten you like " Jo karna hai kar lo" if you object on misfit of clothes their tailoring.
Have never experience such unprofessional attitute from so called brand. Its really cheap service so call raymond . They have hired cheap tailor from specific community who dont know how to even speak to customer
