★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New style living with high rise floors but it isn't handling the mass well. Lack of engineering can be seen. The amount of flats are huge and passages are way smaller in comparison. The rates will never go up as there is abundance of builders making new flats/projects every year.

Structure is really well and so is the navigation in the mall..A good number of anchors on the mall along with cinema, food court..Surrounded by a huge catchment.. This catchment deserves a mall like this..

Lot's of International and Domestic Brands have been assigned and joined hands with Mall Management to expand their brand presence in Noida Extension.
This will have 8 Screen PVR and one 1000 seating capacity Food Court on 4th Floor of the Mall.
This is very well designed Mall have about 4K Car Park Space.
Almost ready to start, brands are under fit out as of today, I'm writing this Review
