β β β β β I had the opportunity to visit this place for getting my sim card . The behaviour of staffs is cordial. Overall a good Jio store. Would like to visit in future if required so.

β β β β β Helpful service center nearby sarsuna or bakultala area. But this place is not for resolve your every problem especially any software related problems you have to go to joka for servicing . Here they don't do that.

β β β β β Would've rated 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service. Had visited thrice for conversion of normal sim to e-sim.
1st time response - "Come back after an hour, the person who does it hasn't come yet."
2nd time response - "The server is down and the service cannot be executed right now."
3rd time response - "E-sim process will take time, come back later."
This is nothing short of harassment. Would've been better if they had told they don't know how to do the same. Utter disgrace in the name of 'Customer Service'.

β β β β β Worst experience. Store people including the manager there do not have basic knowledge about services and how to get things done. Just to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid I had to call them multiple times and had to travel multiple times as well but they couldnβt provide with a solution. This is something very basic which they should be able to do. Sorry to say but because of the unhelpful nature of the people in Jio store Iβve been forced to decide to go with a different provider. Jio has reduced the quality of service for the customers, which is leading to bad customer experience. Store people will keep telling you to contact customer service over the call and customer service over the phone will tell you to visit the store. This is a pathetic customer experience and will never advice people to go with Jio and will shift my family members connection from Jio as well.
